Terms of Service - Driving School Academy Cardiff

By booking driving lessons with Driving School Academy Cardiff, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Lesson fees are payable as agreed at the time of booking. Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice. Lessons may be rescheduled subject to instructor availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate lessons if safety is compromised. All tuition is subject to DVSA regulations and our academy standards.

To help us manage our schedule and offer lesson availability to all pupils, please read our cancellation policy carefully.

Lessons cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time will be charged in full.
If you do not attend your scheduled lesson and fail to notify your instructor within 15 minutes of the lesson start time, the lesson will be treated as a no-show and charged in full.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen situations can occur. If you are unable to attend due to illness or another serious circumstance, please provide appropriate supporting evidence, such as:

A GP or hospital appointment confirmation
Medical documentation
Funeral service details
Other relevant official evidence

Each case will be reviewed individually at the instructor’s discretion.
